What type of oil

What type of oil do you suggest for a 2005 vz commodore? My manual says 10W/30 but when they look up my car specs at autobarn they sell me 5W/30. What does everyone reckon? Cheers!

both 10w-30 and 5w-30 are both 30 weights. The 10w will be slightly thicker but still in spec.
