The grill will bolt up to your bonnet, but, you will need the VQ front bar (or cut your VP bar down) as there wont be enough room.

The boot i'm not sure of. The garnish bolts up the same, but not sure if the general shape is the same.

Grill will fit, but you'll need a VQ bumper, and VQ headlights and indicators, and then VQ guards, because the whole VN shape is slightly different to the VP shape, and it will stand out like dog's balls if you run a VQ bumper + grille with VP style lights :)

Looking like crap has never stopped anyone before (pictures that white VP with a Hothouse VY SS front bar....)

so will i need to change the lights or not?

Yeah for it to all line up properly. Ie, perfectly. But, some people have got away with just changing the headlights (using VP indicators and guards). Then, you could go one better and mod the grill to suit the VP lights ;)
