i just need a hand held work light for working around the engine bay down the side of the engine and around smaller places like wheel wells etc.. something low voltage, whats half decent at a reasonable price?, don't want too expensive, wont get used too much.

LED Lenser P7 torch, for its small size, or my 'go to' light, a 3 'D' cell LED Maglite.

I've used this and the full size version. The pocket version is good for getting into tight spaces and has a magnet on the back for hands free operation. Also has pinpoint and spread.

I bought a pretty decent rechargeable work light from Aldi. It was around 30 bucks. Kicking myself I didn't buy two.
