whats an easy place to source lighting for guages vk?

does anybody know whats the easiest place to run the wires on aftermarket guages so the lights on the guages go on with the headlights ,preferably reasonably close to the console in my vk . Ive never used aftermarket guages before, so any help would be great thanks.

anyone know ? ive done a search on it and cant find anything except everyone wanting to know wheres the signal wire.

anything that illuminates on your dash when you turn the lights on will have a wire there you can use. grab yourself a test light and just probe until you find the illumination wire and tap into that.
