Fixing up the 94' VR V6 and got one issue that I just can't seem to scratch off the list (beginning to frustrate)

In idle with no load, the car will rev smooth with no problem, occasionally jumping up then back down and then coming back down. Whilst in gear and idling, it will run rough and shake the car but the IAC is doing it's job, keeping it about 800rpm.

Whilst running with the foot off the throttle the revs will coast but will then jump every 2 seconds or so about 300-400 revs trying to adjust. It does the same thing with the foot on the pedal and throttle open but when it tries to do so it causes the car to shake as though it is not getting enough revs?

Is the MAP sensor buggered? Screwing with the timing and causing it to run rough? Or is it something else?

Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Pleas confirm or deny the map sensor and why?

Cheers

Codes 35: Idle Speed Error and 36: Vacuum Leak. Deduced that the MAP sensor is working A-OK as well.

Vacuum Leak explains it all so I'lll hit up some start ya bastard and locate it!

Cheers
