Depends on what is your realistic RPM tuning point for intended use because that’s the limiting factor with a static cam.
A. torque from idle with high comp like a truck (improve what you have), or
B. typical low RPM bypass using stall to take advantage of inertial supercharging afforded by overlap.
Above assumes tuned induction and exhaust pressures to get the required cylinder fill in the first place. For A the worst thing is to go more lift and duration and big bore pipes, effective fill is about velocity not flow. With B is opposite.
“A” is mid range truck cam, pretty much like what’s in it, but slightly more duration lobes @.050 and less @.006 (more aggressive).
Torque is cylinder pressure created by fil and CR of the L98 is relatively low so raising DCR safe and early is key:
Early intake open and close (short duration) low lift with small overlap.
Think somewhere high 20° BTDC IVO and high 60° ABDC IVC, with no need for big exhaust split as the goal is fill not speed.
“B” takes advantage of the low CR in exchange for fill at higher RPM, aimed at upper mid range torque peak. Requires replacement / revised induction and exhaust pressure tuned for velocity and flow at this powerband.
This is not a high flow high HP cam and tune, mid 20’s intake duration 4° split on 114-116 LSA .550-.580 lift.
Plenty (dozens) off-the-shelf examples available through specialist cam grinders, yes all slightly different in character but generally ranging from A to B, with mild and extreme examples of both types.

If you want low & mid range torque have a look at something like the VCM 532 or the Lunati 20540716
If you want a lumpy/choppy idle have a look at the VCM 480

At the end of the day 10 people could reply and you will probably get 10 different answers.
Your tuner can tune your idle to be lumpy regardless of what cam you decide to go with.
Talk to whoever is going to tune your car and tell them what you want from your car and see what they recommend, then post on here what cam was suggested and see what people have to say that have actually used the cam.

lol yea good point I was looking at the vcm7 or vcm713... yea I know...

to be honest I am looking to get a shite load of torque instead of power but I suppose at the end of the day its gonna be way more torquey no matter what cam I use lol

Both of those cams are more high end higher rpm power cams not really suited for low end torque like what your wanting
