What's the ideal ride height when lowering VE SSV ?

Hey,

I'm looking to lower my VE SSV and have decided to go with King Spring, I'm not going to change my Struts or shocks and wondering lower by 25mm, 30mm or 35mm? I don't want to have a car that I can't drive as it bottoms out everywhere as I use my SSV as a daily driver...:mods::mods::mods::mods:

What ever you prefer. Everyone will have a different opinion when it comes to "ideal" ride height.

check out my berlina in my rides, its my daily.

Your car is bloody low muzzz haha. i think he will run into a few problems lowering an ssv that much! - the ss bumpers are lower than the belina ones when stock.

how many mm's has yours dropped muzz?

It depends what you like.

As for opinions, I'd say go 30mm. That's what I did (Pedders) and it looks great and still hasn't scraped on anything. If I could do it again, I'd probably go a tad lower actually...

Any reason why you've chosen Kings springs?

Depends how low you go. Anything up to 2 inches should be fine with the standard shocks.

Mine is lowered about 30mm using Pedders springs (ie has original shocks) and I reckon its low enough in relation to bottoming out the shocks etc.
