Whats The Major Difference between VR&VS?

u no what could confuse y'all there thou..a lot of vr's have vs badges.. HA! didnt think of that did yas... lol.. i want vs badges..
also.. most gals i no CAN drive.. and do no about checking oil etc..

i have a 95 vr with irs and abs there are not alot of differences between the 2.the engine is the only major difference

vr does have advantages over the vs though.
Firstly yes the air vents do go into the door trims in the vr
Passanger door has key where as VS does not
Can replace battery in remote in VR where as in VS can not have to buy a new remote.
Vr sounds by far better with a performance exhaust.
Less Vr get stolen than vs's (by a little bit)
As for the seats and interior Vr has standard (executive) and a really nice interior (berlina, acclaim) depending on the model. As same in all cars.
For the same price you caould have a Vr Berlina as a VS executive.

Vr's and Vs's had optional Irs and all the other options availible - Not a lot of difference between the models there.

The VS was the most fuel efficient Commodore Model Holden has ever made.
(Ecotec being more fuel efficient than Buick and all later models VT + were heavier which made them less fuel efficient) This was due to sequential injection & better engine management + lighter pistons

I prefer the VS personally - Revs harder - but as has been said - VR BuicK has more low end grunt.
