because it has a heat spreader nah i dont know a great deal about ram, is this stuff up there? mite be on the market for some performance ram.
That ram is pointless though. Its like putting tyres on a commodore that are rated to 10,000km/h. I mean yeah, they are fast tyres... But you'll never ever use them. And to the guy who owns them, what sort of overclocking are you doing? Because 800mhz ram will get an E6600 to around 4ghz. So unless your running a FSB of 450+, its pointless.
it's not bad, but not the best, pretty fast and can handle a reasonable level of OCing, check tomshardware for a review. if your case is cooled properly, ram doesn't really need heatsinks on each side and a heatpipe to another heatsink on top
