- 2001 VU Commodore Ute 3.8l V6 Auto
Not sure if this will be of benefit to anyone.
At the local Holden parts counter in Penriff today and I asked if they still had the wheel alignment specs for my little ute.
04/2001 VU Commodore 3.8l POV Pack.
Anywho. I have attached same. Still have to replace the front struts and springs, then take the vehicle back to Bridgestone for an alignment.
Don't know how far I will be able to go on negative camber for the front end, with a standard set up, but i'll try for that and go from there.
Found a 15mm rear and 27mm front sway bar. Getting that sorted out next week because as many people have suggested, this is a job for a hoist and someone to hold up the engine.
Clearly Holden didn't want us fooling around with sway bars.
