Hi all, this pic shows water in my SS cab. It's in the exact same position on the passenger side as well.

Nothing else other than where it shows up appears to be wet.

Lucky i have good thick rubber floor mates to catch this crap.

Only seems to happen after heavy rain, not after washing or light rain.

Car is a 2010 SS ute.

Sit in the car and get a mate to pour water over everything and see if you can trace the source.

This is why I don't take my car out in the rain. Could be coming from the window gully through engine bay back into dash.

Yup,

Get a mate to run a hose over it until you spot the leak.

Then get all CSI on it and trace it to the hole.

Only time I've ever seen water appear in that area was an old Ford Panel van... Had rusted out & anything that ran off the windscreen found it's way through the rusty holes.

If it was happen on the other side, I'd suggest it was the air-con compressor. I know that was a problem in the early model Porsche Boxers (Among other things :p).

I think Kiddo is on the right track :) But it's strange that it doesn't happen after you wash it... Generally that's where the problem rears it's ugly head. Especially if you're using high pressure hoses etc.
