where to get this grill from

i saw this grill on a sv6 and just wondering where i am able to pick this up from if anyone has any ideas?

I'm assuming that pic is of a ve ssv wagon? if it is then that grill was custom made by the owner himself.

Looks to me like the calais top strip painted black with the grill cut out.
