where to put an oil temp senser?

im putting an oil temp senser on the v6 and i dont know if i should put it on a t peice off the op senser hole or to mount it in the sump?

the best place for it is in the sump, however doing that is troublesom. therefore the 'T' piece as suggested is the easiest. will give temps that are slightly higher then if the fitting was in the sump (the oil pump introduces some heat) but don't worry about it

i got an oil cooler on it im going run a tpeice off th outlet of the cooler and put it in there. problem sorted
