hello evry one , im going to be selling my car , have a kid coming and plan to buy a house , il be listing it as a prject car because i feel it needs a few bits and pieces finished to make it all it can be . Ive had a look on ebay , car sales , carpoint , and i cant decide so im searching for some help . its a 1991 hsv enhanced vq statesman just had it painted in a brighter white , tinted windows ve ssv wheels sta side mount supercharger runnin 8 psi through the v8 7 inch touch screen dvd player , leather interior , have a set of aut meter gauges to go with it new tail shaft new exhaust . i was thinking of putting 6 to 6500 on it as a quick sale . what you think it just needs new accelerator cable (supplied) fitted , fuel sytem looked at may need new lines and a power steering leak that i just havent gotten to . i think thats a good price for the car . i just want to move on il be sad to see her go but time to buy a family car , like a vt calais . please give me some idea's or input . thanks heaps :thumbsup:

spend the bit of cash to finish it off. then sell it for more afterwards. or break it up and sell the parts separately.

imo you will never bet back what you spent on it. its unreg? if so youd be lucky to find someone who wants it. id at least fix the throttle cable so it could be test driven. if you want to sell the charger setup let me know. id be interested for my stato. but your most likely to get your money back that way. sell the good bits and sell the car stock. or wreck it
not looking to get back any where near whats been spent on it im looking for 6500 6000 for a nice clean statesman with a couple minor issues . ill sell ya the charger for 5999 it comes with a statesman attached you wreck it and get the rest back that way il even throw in the gauges and might have a cooler if ya like , youu seem to think you could get the cash back so why not do it
i would do it mate. but i dont have the initial outlay to buy it off you. for someone this would be good surely
