So which service stations do you patronise most? Is it one of the big names like Shell, Caltex or BP or a local mom and pop servo? Is BP fuel that much better?

I mostly buy from Shell or Caltex.

My shell card doesn't work in many stations other than shell so that's what I use.

So I'm guessing that you drive a company car. Any problems with bad fuel requiring additional servicing and has fuel economy been acceptable?

Never had a bad batch yet (My fuel spend is around $15k per year).

I used to use V-Power until they charged me an extra $1 for the fuel card so now i use BP Ultimate or 95 and never looked back. I never use Caltex fuel after friends had issues with it in their commodore (to the point caltex claimed part-fault and paid out).

My fuel card works in most brands of servos, so I use whichever is convenient (but tend to stick to large brands like BP, Shell, Mobil, Caltex)

I use 98 from all of them and find absolutely no difference. Fuel's fuel. I think many people could be suffering from the placebo effect ;)

Slightly off-topic but what are the advantages of getting a fuel card?
