The only reason I wouldn’t jump on the black HF20’s without hesitation is the fact they were so cheap from Holden that a lot of people goth them, so they’re not exactly uncommon. Still, I think they’d be my pick of that lot.

I’d want to see what the rears looked like if not staggered though; I might prefer the Redline wheels if they look a tad skinny.

What makes you want to stick with Holden wheels and not go aftermarket?

I'm with Forg, so many black wheels around these days.
I do like the shadow chrome HF20's though, haven't seen any of those out on the streets.

Never seen any that after a while don't just look cheap and outdated. Manufacturer wheels generally always match the car well...

Fair point!

I personally like the design of the HF20's. If your's car's white like one of your piccies suggest I'd go with the black, never seen any wheels that looks quite as good as black does with white. If you're after a unique colour combo you're not going to get it though!

Go with your gut-feeling!
I'm not a fan of black wheels. I only had them on my early Holdens because I couldn't afford nice wheels back then!
I don't think any of them look much better than the others - just "different".
If it was me I'd stick with the redlines.

I agree with most of the ppl on here that black wheels and black editions are dead and in the pic of your car with the redline wheels you can’t even tell what wheels they are.
I would get something in gun metal grey/ shadow chrome.
Have you looked at HSV wheels there?

I lookedd at HSV wheels but they all look too busy for my liking. I prefer simple design

Ron, you could go a clean and simple aftermarket wheel design, see here, just have the vaseline ready when discussing price

If your going to pay top dollar at Holden why not look at some koyas, that way you can run a semi forged wheel in a 20*9 front and a 20x10 rear all with offsets you want and all great colours.
You'd probably be looking at $2800 with cheap tyres

^ Semi forged? Is that like being a little pregnant?

I’m not sure but I think the redline wheels are forged as I expect the HSV’s would also be.

Only early redline wheels were forged. Cast wheels on the MY16 and MY17. I have a set of MY15 and MY17 and they are slightly different. MY14 was a different design and they were forged.
