Whine noise Vz ss 6L

Hey guys, really having trouble to pin point a whine noise, it’s a bastard of a thing, not the fuel pump, not the manifold or fuel rail, not the spigot, not the power steer pump, not any pulley, not brake booster, clamped off a few vac lines didn’t seem to be them, so hard to find where the noise is as it doesn’t stay long enough, definitely loud up the front of the vehicle engine bay/ under vehicle up front, sounds like letting air out of a balloon really slow.. won’t do it on idle all the time, only ever seems to do it when cold and when you give it a bit of a rev cold.

Pull your aircon belt off and feel the pulley on the A/C.
