Problem: Car has had a noise issue. Been getting progressively worse for about a year now. I think it only happens when it's too dry. Doesn't seem to happen if it's been raining. Probably indicates a lubrication issue? Not sure where though.
I've attached a clip so you guys can understand it better -

Thanks for replies/help.

Either the Water Pump, Pullies [Bearing] or Alternator,
That would be my items I would replace in the order,
But process of elimination, the best trick is to get a VERY long screw driver and hold it on the housing of the water pump, and place one of your ear on the handle of the screw driver and listen to see if its noisy,
The other options is to buy a Mechanics Stethoscope from Super Cheap, and they work very well,
good luck.

Me thinking something rubbing in the brake department. Have you had it jacked up and checked.

Is it matched to wheel rotation or driveline? Check what's rubbing, or dragging, brake lines, hoses, brake cable, wheel weights, brake pads. Jack the car up and roll each wheel by hand and see if either has a rub. Easy to rule things out.
