Whistle in engine at idle , and above 113kph under load or acceleration.

The whistle comes in at idle about 4 to 5 seconds after start up. Then at above 113kph ( on freeway ) when accelerating /powering on . When you back off its gone, power on its there.

Sounds sort of like Vacuum line issue,
Or a intake connection is loose,
Assuming its a V8 ?

If so, I do know the Plastic Hose & Fitting along right hand side the Throttle

deteriorate, over time, and may slide off the fitting,
and can dislodge from the fitting at the rear of the hose at the back of the engine,​

Maybe check that, and the connection hose that has the MAF in the centre of it, between the air filter box and the throttle body.

Ok. Thank you for that. I'll try all of those and hopefully it's one of what you suggested. I was told just recently something similar to the MAF one , so fingers crossed. Thank you again. Cheers
