White door moulds?

Hey guys, im just wondering if you can buy those white door moulds? and where from?

As the black plastic ones I have on look cheap, and I heard there not worth taking off unless you want to respray. On this topic, can a panel beater take them off without scratching and doing a clean job?

they can be pulled off but jeeze its a prick of a job
it wil leave behind black stuff and the only thing to remove it is a caramel wheel
paint the old ones white or leave off
