Hey guys,

The other day I started up the old girl (82 VH SLE Turbo) and white smoke was billowing out the exhaust...could it be a turbo seal? Who's a good one to ask about the Strata Kits as I've got a few questions to ask..

Cheers

Scotty

Once it warmed up and I started driving the smoke went away..maybe a blown head gasket as the alternator belt snapped the other night but I was lucky I pulled over before the needle got too high....

White smoke usually coolant burning in the combustion chamber.

Blue/grey smoke is more oil related.

Pressure test the cooling system.

As above,

White = Coolant/water
Blue = Oil
Black = Fuel
