Hey Damo.

It's a pretty easy process. But you need a real steady hand and two people.

Step 1: Jack rear of car up off ground
Step 2: Secure with safety stands
Step 3: Start up car and get your mate to put it in drive with foot on brake
Step 4: Get your paintbrush out (what size depends on size of 'wall' you want
Step 5: Hold brush to tyre and get your mate to let off the brake until you get a full revolution.

The fronts are the same deal, except get your mate to spin the wheel while you hold the brush.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats so cruel.........

Look around, I live in VIC and we have 2 fantastic professionals in my region and some other amateurs. but there around 100 bucks to 200 depending on what you want.

But yeah Sabbaths idea is just magic..... (sarcasm)

If you want to get the same high class finish on the front tyres, use an on-car wheel balancer instead of your mate.

$10 says the a huge blotch of paint where the start point is

I had this the first few times i did it. I found the faster the wheel is spinning, the less chance there is of there being a "start point" mark.

You idiots. Use a white spraycan instead of a brush.

No chance of blobs. Same rule applies though - the faster your mate spins the wheels, the finer the line.

Want a thicker whitewall? Don't spin the wheel as fast. Easy.

Practice makes perfect, show pics when your done or write a how-to thread for the rest of us.

Wrong, thick lines are made better when you spin it faster, just spray and do an up and down pattern.

We believe giving it a little bit of RPM while doing this for best results though.
