Ok, shes coming back together, does anyone know how to create the vacume to get the heat tap to work??

Start the engine to create the vacuum. Make sure the the small vacuum hose is connected to the tap.

Saweet, done and done! Shes all back together and running well, thanks for everyones contributions, they were a huge help and I wouldnt have been able to do it otherwise.
