Hi all. I've tried contacting a member whom I have used before, but he hasn't been on here for ages.
So, who is the best person to re-program a Memcal in a VS V6 auto, and what sort of cost is involved please?
It has a 2 1/2" system with rear muffler delete, and a K & N filter. (It's for my sons car).
    Thanks

I bought mine from Mace Engineering. They are a sponsor of JC. Can't remember exact price but they do have prices on their site.

I wouldn't have thought such minor mods would require a Memcal retune. Save your money and use it to pay the excessive noise fines (LOL).

I had the VX tuned and all it has is a Growler CAI. Did it because we never run anything but 98 so wanted the benefit and the factory box settings are pretty lazy.

They don't, but the retune by itself (even without the mods) will net gains. These basic combos are well known so low cost mail order tunes are good bang for buck on the old V6s.
