BP 98 only, having ran other companies premium 98's and then cutting open the filter made it an easy choice.
Might just be the servos between home and work being the issue rather than the fuel itself though.

How does your car handle the E-Flex variation in ethanol rating? I thought it was purpose built for E-85.

Optimised for ethanol, still flex capable 0%-100% of either fuel fraction, possibly down to 91 RON.
Key to optimising fuel flexibility is to build turbo-like BMEP capability (15bar) and manage compression / displacement in the tune with VVT.
Most benefits of using ethanol flex fuel happen at 40% ethanol fraction BTW, the guarantee of 85% (e85) is overkill but has become a standard for those cars which don't have sensor / ECU setup to deal with changing fuel stoichometry. E20 or e30 would make a shitload of difference to the uptake (retail availability) of ethanol.
United charging 130¢ a litre for 85% is a blatant ripoff when Caltex is around 105¢ for 70%. Both do 99% same job, only difference is on a dyno or true racing environment.

Have used BP for both petrol (95 & 98) and diesel for over 20 years now.
Won't use anything else

Only started using BP98 3 tanks ago, it seems to be running better, guess it is like saying red car goes faster, or sucker of the BP advertisements saying their petrol is the best. No matter, feeling good is "priceless".

I have travelled from the Gold Coast to Adelaide and used mainly bp 98 and tried a few tanks at the end with she'll 98 and found no real difference, both quality compared to others no knock. I strangely found a massive difference when using 95 bp to other 95 octane brands in power and mileage. Will try 95 on the way back.

I think the BP locally has some bad tanks or something. Using the local BP 98 in my VY would result in very slight pinging under heavy load, have moved exclusively to 7-11 (so Mobil) 98 and haven't had any issues since. Helps that 7-11 is usually cheaper here too.

I put half a tank of BP98 in one morning (3am) drove out and said to myself this car is running better and then gave a bit.
So impressed only tried BP95 as a top up.
