Um, here's a few suggestions:
Netspace or Internode.

Internode have fairly quick speeds and a good name. Netspace are really good with service, whenever i've dealt with them it's been quick, but that may be because i have a priority line with them.

You could also use WhirlPool's search to find a good ISP:

Yeah I've done that. Adam seem to be the best so far, looking at their 20gig for $50 plan. Speed doesn't concern me too much. Thanks for the suggestion.
