will a tune get rid of the full power cutout rev limiter

got a ssv wagon s2 with full exhaust ,but no tune yet or otr just wondering will a tune defeat this ,with my vz ss ute the limiter was a pop ,pop,pop but still with full power,, new set up is full restrictor ,and when this cuts in if your half way through a power slide it kicks back to a one legger and straightens up towards things you dont want to be going too

I got a VE SSV wagon 6spd n mine used to do the da da da but now its cutn out too, i dnt know what the go is thats how i found this thread. I rolled off in 1st last nite n planted it and she lit up n bang jst killed the party. Esc off obviously, rekn a tune wud fix it but it shud dance on the limiter
