Will a vt l67 ecu/memcal fit my vs

Hi everyone just bought a vt l67 it's running a custom tune and 16psi i'm wondering if when I swap the engine into my vs commodore will I be able to use the vt ecu or how can it I make it work because I want to keep the tune that's in the car.
