In that regard the stinger is already at 20psi on a motor not known for its longevity, best figures with ECU map outside emissions, best torque management yields no better than OTR, headers and tune. In WangerShawspeak think W375 other brand 385 and that will pip a tuned Swinger with CAI, decatted etc. Following Wanger jargon, W407 trounces it in every sense.
In other words (like plain English without the brand bullshit) full bolt ons, mild cam and tune beats highly stressed strung-out fully sick Lambda II gerlytruck motor every day of the week.
The next level of switching turbos to get more, well there’s high compression and stroker. You know, Matching same effective displacement as a stock Swinger.
Stinger stock boost 12 psi

My guess would be around 4.5 seconds.. i have 298kw atw.. would come down to how hard you launch and how quick you can change into 2nd.. i would try it if i had a clutch upgrade

My guess would be around 4.5 seconds.
I doubt you’d pick up half a second with the max-50-ish extra kW of a W375.
You’d be matching 430kW GTS’s at those times, wouldn’t you?
Also, manual for <5s 0-100 cars makes ‘em slower, dunnit?

Where is this “not know for it’s longevity” thing coming from?
Even if they hadn’t done anything to it when boosting it, I haven’t read this about the current generation V6 engine.
You’re not talking about the old V6 design which came primarily in 3.3L (eg. which was in the Tiburon), are you?

Same thing, 2.7 through 3.8. Point is it is utter utter garbage NA even after six or seven years. I have been through half a dozen Tiburon for sale this past week.
