Setting a carb up half correctly for draw through isn't the easy way it's just cheaper.
Most truck turbos don't run a carbon seal so the fuel washes the bushes and its a bit smokey on oil. Can restrict the feed right down but then worry about level of film.
Nothing wrong with the cast manifolds and EFI turbo. Build a flange that bolts to the factory ones. One as a cross pipe one at a 90-100 degree to merge with cross pipe.
Intercooler , less lag , a lot safer , better timing control without running locked timing or paying $1000 for a mappable CDI set up , $700 for a non mappable with boost retard solenoid.
