Will VT Series 2 motor Fit in VR?

Hey ppl,

just wondering if the ecotec out of vt series 2 will fit into my vr commy (currently has a vs series 1 motor which has died)

the vt and vs ecotec' look pretty much identical.

running a t5 box too

VS and VT motors are the same except for the plenum, inlet manifold, fuel rail and injectors which are different. All you will have to do is remove the top end of your VS motor (inlet manifold up) and fit this to your VT motor then it should go in fine.
