Window vertical edge strip

whats this little edge strip called on the edge of the door/window, see pic

looks quite tough to get off, is it?

It's got some sort of silastic or something holding it in place, you can get it off but you need to be careful if putting something down between it and the edge of the glass as you don't want to break the glass. I changed one of mine and I ended using silicone on it to hold it in place otherwise it slides on the window when you put it up and down, it also holds the window in place while moving so it needs to be fixed pretty well.
