Windscreen for Holden VU

Hello from Germany,

i hope you guys can help me.
I've got a 2002 Holden Ute and my windscreen is broken.
So in Germany, there are not many shops which offers windscreens for Holdens and nobody is really sure about if it would fit.
And of course they are very expensive. So i could get a Windscreen for a Holden Caprice WH or a Windscreen for a Holden Monaro VZ from 2004.
Does somebody know if one of them is suitiable for my UTE. Are they all the same for WH VX VZ or coupe?

Monaro wont fit. The WH will fit same with WK, WL, VT, VY and VZ

Thank you, so VX would also fit? Because my Ute Looks more like a vx or ist doesn't matter?

Yes, VX will also fit.

Ah ok thanks. Very difficult to get a Windscreen here. Nobody really offers them or know which one ist suitiable.

If you can get a Monaro (V2 or VZ) windscreen, it may fit.
My reasoning is that when the Monaro was being developed, it was reported that one of the cost efficiency / cutting measures was to use the same screen, but laid back at a different angle.

Ah okay, If i cant get a wh or wk Windscreen then this will be my last chance. Its a stupid thing that i couldn't give the windscreen back if it wont fit. Then i will lose 800$. Thank you.

Don't you have windscreen shops over there? Our windscreen places can get pretty much any glass for any car. Sometimes it can just take a month or so to get one in.

I thought by your original post that you may have had a lead on a cheap(ish) Monaro screen in Germany.
