Ok, new wipers installed 6 months ago(blade and blade holder) at 100 kph no problem at 110kph shudder skip carry on like good sorts, WTF is going on?. I cant see shyt when I'm on the freeway and its raining.

Probably road grime on the windscreen - maybe try cleaning the screen with a solvent windscreen cleaner (not windex which is water based) alternatively coat the screen with Rain-X which makes the water slide off the screen so well that above 80kph you don't need wipers.
Only other thing could be the spring on the wiper arm that hold the arm against the screen has lost it's tension which is pretty unusual but I guess nothing is impossible.
