Wireless Carplay recommendations for ZB RS??

Thanks for input peeps. Ended up with the Ottocast. Works like a dream. Also using the Quadlock wireless charging system. So much better not having to plug anything in any more.

Ottocast U2-X Pro works like a charm. The CarlinKit 4.0 I tried first was terrible.

How did you go with the otto. I purchased one earlier this week and still cant get it connected. Got onto their support and they cant get it working.

No problems. It connected up to my iphone without any hassles.

Hopefully the 4 photos come up ok.
Photo one is of the Ottocast dongle. Just brought a short USB connection and keep it all in the console area.
Photo 2 is where i connect the Quadlock to the car power. Using a 90 degree USB connector, i feed the charge cord back through to the back of the console area. This way it doesn't get in the way of the drinks holder.
Photo 3 is where i mount the Quadlock with the Magnetic charge head. Can't really fit any type of mount anywhere else unfortunately. If you can find a better out of the way place, let me know
Photo 4 is where i run that charge cord from the quad lock mount. you can usually push it in a bit further and run it under the steering column bit through to the console. It remains fairly well hidden.

Thanks for that! Was more curious about where you had the phone and what holder you had with it. Nice tidy job!!!

if you get the right mini usb male/female plugs you can add a usb hub to the system up under the dash allowing you to have the aawireless/ottocast dongle under the dash and also have the console usb port free for usb music/charging etc
