hi everyone i have a wl caprice and my problem is when it blows hot air it automatically blows air to the windscreen if i drop it to cold it then blows air ato feet or face, Holden have to me dash needs to come out and could cost up to $3000 any ideas please

Take it to a wreckers be cheaper getting them to do it a Holden wreckers

Pretty sure it's all vacuum operated you could see if someone switched the hoses around

Actuators might be a bit how ya going. They are vacuum operated.

The dash out makes access to each actuator easy but expensive.

I’ll try find a picture of their locations.

Do as above as well.

Best I have found is a left hand view.
You can see a vacuum actuator in the picture, as well as the vacuum reservoir on the side.

Underneath is an actuator motor

Dual Zone has two of these stacked on each other.
