Hi all, does anyone have any tips to get the WM Caprice rear bumper off to get the chrome number plate surround in? The lower part of it is a separate part which I didn't expect, where are the screws for this part. Thanks!

That's a Series II WM Caprice V? If so, the chrome surround won't fit without some modification as they are for a series I Statesman or series II Caprice (none V).

To remove teh bumper, have a look at VE Bumper Removal

There's like three clips and two screws that hold it on.. You don;t need to do anything with the lower part, it stays attached to the bumper.

Yes indeed, Series 2. I assumed it was just drilling the holes out for the surround into the bumper?

Thanks, I have seen that document, just wasn't sure of they tacked on a couple more for the LWBs, the bumper seems massive when you're under it.
