Just seeing if someone can help me I have a 2007 wm caprice 6ltr that won't start says contact dealer, low fuel and esp all the reds are on but when turning the key it does nothing, It also doesn't have power to 6 of the fuses under the bonnet see pic attached, I have tested every fuse/relay in the car. It has a brand new battery and it's not showing any codes I've tried several scan tools. Does anyone have any idea what it could be Thank you
4 x 15A fuses and 2 x 20 Amp fuses with no power, I'd be thinking fusible link (unless bad wiring or connection somewhere), but I don't know any detail of how this power is fed to the fuses, so I'm not really much help at all.
From everything you describe, the first thing that occurred to me is that you may have a significant voltage drop issue and thus insufficient power is getting through from the battery to the systems that require it. (The battery probably won't be getting a good charge from the alternator either.) With this voltage drop condition, which can be as simple as corrosion on the cables and connectors to your "new" battery, you definitely won't be able to crank the engine over and start the car and you will get multiple warning lights displaying.
