I think it is adjustable headrests, the headrests adjust up and down as per lower spec but they also adjust forward and backward, I discovered this when I was cleaning the car and adjusted it forward by mistake and couldn't get it to adjust back, I had to look up the handbook, you just keep adjusting forward and it will go forward until its in the furthest forward and then revert to the furthest back. There are a lot of subtle hidden features in these cars.
