Well I decide to put this topic here because the WN Caprice or the V version is a longer version of the VF Commodore also has a longer wheelbase.
Now for the Question, as I was told this and me says this is not true. Does any WN Caprice or the "V" version have wider rear doors compared to the Commodore because the car has a longer wheelbase + more leg room in the rear cabin area.
Thanks

Yes they are bigger. There is no smaller window in the rear door like the SWB but the LWB has a smaller window in the rear quarter panel.

it’s actually a long wheelbase version of VE, with WM being the first iteration.

WN brought the VF interior and WN series 2 added the LS3. But the exterior was pure VE from start to finish

That's news for me, I always thought that the VF from Omega to the Redline had the same rear doors compared with the Caprice or even the V series Caprice.

Zeta platform sedans and wagons share a 2915mm wheelbase.
Zeta Caprice's and utes share a 3009mm wheelbase.

Front doors are shared between the 4 shapes but rear doors between the 3 are different

No doubt the WM and the WN with Statesman and Caprice have the larger wheelbase of 3009mm thus bigger rear doors.

It's normal for the long wheelbase to have longer rear doors.
There was a Fairlane that had normal doors and it made the body look a bit strange.
