There was a high profile female presenter of a news program recently that opened up about this very topic, because she got the boot from telly....Just can't remember her name or the program she was hosting in conjunction with a male....But I seem to recall she was on channel 9....

As for general behavour....It's that way throughout all forms of employment.....A female makes a rude gesture towards a male, the males just laugh it off, but when the roles are reversed, the females have a big sook session....So it's not confined to the idiot box....

Mate of mine is an audience producer. She's now living in Melbourne working for channel 9 mainly.

She left a big Perth radio station after finding out her male assistant was being paid more than her.

Confronted the boss and asked what the fark? The bosses reply was it isn't our fault you accepted the salary advertised for the job , he knew his value more than you did and drove a hard bargain.

She walked out on the contract.

I've never personally worked anywhere where we weren't paid the same if the jobs n qualifications were the same.

I've earned less than many a women in my life and I sure as hell couldn't have done the jobs they do lol.

I say if she want more good on her but she has to pay for the Extra staff that is needed.

As for some of the stuff females do, and get away with and us males don't.....Surprisingly enough the workplace is starting to change, where if a female does some inappropriate things towards a male, the male is taking the female role of whinging about it.

The way I see it, the younger generation are just a batch of whinging whining idiots....The older generation, males and females could joke around and get away with it....Now, you so much as scratch your balls, or they touch their fannies in front of each other, the whinging comes out and people get in the ****.

And just for the record....I do treat females with respect....They're not some piece of meat that should be stuck between the kitchen and the bedroom.....It more a case of political correctness gone mad

I have seen some horribly things on add breaks mainly conducted by woman but I have a Feeling that the Male there would not report her and maybe the other way around and If I recorded this and let it lose they will find away to sue me. ???????? or get the ME 2 Movement on me but the Biggest issue is Its,,,,,,,

You wonder Why as they need a army there to do their hair, their face and other needs. WHO HAS TO PAY FOR THEM. Once again I'm talking about 50 situation that I has seen in the last 5 years. Yet MEN rarely get anything done so once again who has to pay for the extra woman there. I even saw a woman chasing a fly on the large glass window yet the fly disappeared under the presenters/host table. The next add break she came out with fly squatters to get the fly and it was still under the table. Yes she let a few word out !@#$%^^&&**( when she got the fly.

That might explain why women get more with a divorce.....To help pay for the extra make up and hair doos....

I must try getting make up on my face....I'm damn sure I'll use more than any female and still look bloody ugly....But hey I might get a pay rise as a result.

Seriously, men still get make up and their hair done when they appear on telly....It's probably not as advertised, unlike women who naturally want all this

Men are joining in the same movement.....Complaining at anything and everything...Good example is, if you tell an employee your useless at their job, you are the one in the sheet.....Doesn't matter that their uselessness can cause some innocient person to get killed, you are in the sheet for downgrading them.....

How do I know? Been in the situation myself.....Got fed up with a male trainee not listening to my advise on the correct way to do the job, so some innocient motorist didn't get killed and they whinged to the boss...I got called in to the office and got told I had to not be so direct with my wording.....I actually got a written warning over it too....

I have seen a few South American Channels via The TARBS (Television and Radio Broadcast Services) on Satellite then I watch them After TARBS Failed thanks to the Murdoch Empire screwing TARBS, I use to watched Channels from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay and ONE CHANNEL I like it was call De-cantelluse of Something like this As I have Forgotten the Complicated Name but on each Saturday at Night I use to watch the BULL FIGHTS, YEAH !!!!! The Wife went elsewhere I WAS ON THE BULL SIDE FOR THE POOR LARGE BULL because the Matador there kill them with a large sword but What I was against (again Most wont see this because they are in a Add Break they will deliberately weaken the Strong BULL on his top spine) and hit him in the nuts so he come out Angry but every now and then the BULL Wins YEAH!!! Love it and in one case case I saw a bull horns go up the arse (in that area) of a Matador and come out of his Back. Yes The Bull won, the Matador Died.

Yeah just Image what I have seen in the last 25 or more odd years, Just Image how you will be if you had 5 Stroke like I had and still alive.
