Wondering if anybody on here has done a conversion from a 6.0 ls2 down to ls1

Brought a 06 crewmen did have a 6.0ls2 in it but took it out and put ls1 5.7 in to it have all the computers and wiring for ls1 to be hooked up just not sure as what’s really involved can any body share some light on this for me

Are you sure you are legally allowed to do the backward conversion?

The newer 6.0ltr, as far as I know, met more stringent emissions standards for the year of production.

I could be wrong, but would be checking this out or you might have an expensive problem getting this registered with the modification
