On one hand, its rather cute and adorable....
However, whilst I understand she wasn't doing anything illegal at the time (being off road), parents of children that age need to be 100% careful of the values they instill in them, for children of this age (7 yrs) cannot think critically. If the child/teen grows up seeing such behaviour (on the roads) as normalised, no amount of driver's ed will really challenge the view that it is ok to do such things on the public road. One needs to look at context - what messages is the girl getting about 'hooning' type behaviour on/off the road at other times? It could be fine, could be toxic. Like children with guns. You can have a safe, positive message, or a negative, dangerous message.
