Worthwhile getting HSV headers on VF-SSV?

Hi.

I have a 6.0 VF SS-V. I recently had a 2.5 inch cat back X-force installed and dyno tuned using stock air intake as well ( Made 242rwkw on 98). I'm looking at soon getting a ramjet OTR and headers and cats.

Are there any good gains to be had with putting HSV headers and cats? or would I benefit further if use headers and cats from X-force or Pacemaker etc?

Whats your experience with it.

If I can save a dollar for the sake of a small gain, I'll consider it. Otherwise I'll wait a bit longer and save the cash for higher priced ones.

Either way. Aftermarket cats and headers are mostly for sound. HSV or stock cats don't hurt HP until you go over 400rwhp 300rwkw

I got r8 headers 200cell cats 2 1/2 X force stainless and a VCM OTR with a tune. Sounds beautiful. I'm sure it will be louder with extractors but I'm happy with it mate.

Sounds like a sweet combo! What power did the beast make with this setup?

I haven't put it on the dyno yet but the tuner said to me it should be similar to the R8 figures if not better. 340kw at the engine.
