Would it be possible to put a Buick series 2 intake manifold on a series 1 engine?

would it be possible to put a series 2 intake manifold on a series 1 vn v6 engine? I have heaps of series 2 parts, the manifold, radiators etc. what would be involved in the conversion if it was possible?

Change passenger side rocker cover, drill a hole in each head for the pcv system and bolt it on.
