..after lots of rampaging through wreckers trying to find a switch that works, I have finally worked out it isn't the switch at all...so now I have about 15 of them....lol....pretty common switch ....................

I think I got quoted $70 odd dollars a few years ago for one (trade). Instead I pulled mine apart and cleaned it all out and not it works fine.

Rat...if it's stopped altogether it could be the fuse, the relay or the wiring TO the switch.

hey i wouldnt b compaining, about a new switch for $137, my honda legend, it cost roughly $300 for a second hand switch!!! thats kinda why i bought a commo...

Go to autosurplusparts on the internet they have Genuine holden replacement parts holden commodore mirror door switch VR VS Part No. 92052485 for $39.95 I bought one brand new I have put it in no problems. And I went to Holden They wanted $120.00 for that switch (no way)
