You can see in the pictures the back bar has obviously been ran into something and is all bent out of shape. The front bar has cracks all through it and the lip is cracked. Will throw them on when I respray the car (have a friend who can do it properly for cheap)
Ah okay fair enough. I didn't look back to double check. Should look good though. How's the rest of the body fair up?
**** house. Has one of the dodgiest resprays. Looks like the paint was wet and some one threw sand on it.
Yeah I also like the metallic that's been sprayed all over the windscreen to. Looks epic. Just paint the rims black and the car like this right. Minus stupid rear lights.
Looks pretty cool like that, people tend to think matte black makes it look dodgy when it's a car they don't recognize, would be cool for this car Also I have barely any tools and managed to swap an engine, which included unbolting the turbo and manifold etc, it really isn't too hard just need sockets/spanners etc You have mate with the right tools at all? Haha
I have all the tools I need. Heck me and dem did the manifold swap on the clubby with what we have. More just confidence and not wanting to snap studs off in the block. Although dem is pretty good at redrilling blocks now
You doubt yourself too much mister. Doing it once does not make me a pro, though if it's only the Mazda....... Sent from my HTC using tapatalk
New dump pipe is here. Will go to the exhaust shop tomorrow to get a quote. Ripping the ac out either tomorrow or this afternoon. 15 kg weight saving yo. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
Not bad for a rural guy in the states. Shouldn't cost too much to install either. Definitely an improvement over stock though. Kind of sad I had to look to america to get something like this. Everywhere I went people want 600 plus for the same thing.
i wouldn't call that welding most of it is fused you can tell by the undercut in it. Not that i should complain because i do it that way too
Well so much for that. Snapped o2 wire and can't get the bolts off. Going to get a breaker bar tomorrow and see how we go.
Not fun if you pay some one. Also the o2 sensor was buggered. There was hardly any wire left. Not sure the best way to tackle getting the bolt off.
