Yeah I have all the diagrams and that but even they are a bit iffy. One day it will be off to the tuners. I can get a rebuild kit for about $350 ish delivered with new synchros so will probably rebuild the gearbox I have coming and install the LSD into that. Wish I was mechanically minded enough to just do it myself.
Got bored and found an enclosed pod filter for like 20 bucks on ebay. So I retain fully sick blow off noise and spool and cops can't ping me for having an exposed pod.
Stock recirc strike. Put a pod filter on it though and you can hear it. Which is why I put a pod on in the first place.
Mazda may actually maybe be sorted electrically today. Sitting at the auto leccys now to get the new alternator installed and a few bits and pieces.
Going a different way now. Will still be a pod but a lot better enclosure. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
It will only be base tuned so won't be too flash. Will mean no more boost cut though. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
Alternator done. No more blinky lights. Old alarm wiring removed. O2 sensor finally connected. 4ws and Boost guage wiring to go and should be sweet. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
Mazda is done. Guys got a project in the way so will be a couple hours before I can pick it up. Hopefully having an o2 sensor actually connected will make it run a bit better.
Yet again I fix one thing and something else fails. Nice exhaust leak from the manifold. I believe one stud may be broken but yeah it's bad. So not sure what to do. Don't really have the money to do a turbo swap right now and it's pointless taking manifold off and just fixing it. I probably could bodgy it and just replace that one but the others probably wouldn't be in much better condition.
