ITEM: 3.45 diff gears from VL to suit VR BW diff

LOCATION: Launceston Tas

CONDITION: Used

DELIVERY/PICK UP INFORMATION: Freight or local pickup

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Can EFT or Paypal

OTHER INFO: Looking to see if anyone has a set and a price? Not in a hurry, realistically probably need to wait three weeks as just had major engine repairs. Wanting to see if anyone even has a set and work out a price, as I have no idea on worth.

Anyone know of a wrecker who might have the above? None in the north of Tas. Seems there is no one with a VL left in the yard.
I actually thought these might have been fairly easy to get hold of, seems not?

Very much a waiting game. If you’re paying to have the diff rebuilt I’d go 3.7’s or 3.9’s for the cost involved. Not worth the $1500 or so to have a diff built for such a small change

Nah not that easy to come by anymore...turbo crowd like them.

Find it easier to wait for cheap vl n/a diff that come with 3.45 gears then sell of housing for profit or labour costs of gear change.

If you do find cheap 3.7 gears from cortina/pintara/skyline jump on them or as Eyy said splurging on new gears.

3.7 is what I prefer but 3.45 or 3.9/4.11 more common on 2nd hand market.

Eventually they'll pop up.
