there is one on ebay for 1100 bucks. comes with everything you are after, not sure about hinges though). the person is based in sydney though

Thanks bro, but ive found both of them already...
Ive contacted them, and including delivery they both end up more expensive than what i can get it for from a local Holden dealership (i have a service & parts discount card) - but thats still more than i want to pay!
